A day at the park
So I've decided I want to try my photography again. I did photography for about 4-5 years, and then it stopped after I got married. I just did some quick shots at the park today. Jarren had fun with the dandelions.

9 month stats
He now likes to eat banana chunks and pear chunks...although last night he choked on a pear chunk, that was scary. He also loves peas...though he doesn't chew them he swallows them whole...so it's just lovely in his diaper. He likes raisins too and his all time favorites and clubs snack sticks (crackers) and pickles. He still eats cheerios but they are getting too bland for him I think.

Crispy Mustard Chicken
So I have found some low carb meals. This is one of them that we did last night...it was really good. Rob even liked it and he hates mustard.
Crispy Mustard Chicken
Calories 166.3
Total Carbs 1g
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp table salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp Mustard, yellow, prepared
1 egg
6 Tbsp cheese, Parmesan, dried, grated
1/4 cup bread crumbs, white, soft
1 cooking spray, original
Directions
1. Begin by sprinkling each chicken breast piece with salt and pepper. Then, beat together the mustard and egg with a whisk until well blended. In a seperate bowl combine the cheese and bread crumbs and stir well.
2. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge it into the breadcrumb mixture. Let each piece stand at room temp for about 10 minutes on wax paper to set coating.
3. Preheat your oven to 400 deg. F and then transfer the chicken to the rack of a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the coating is lightly browned. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and enjoy!

A day behind
I'm a day behind. I keep thinking it's Wednesday and yesterday I kept thinking it was Tuesday...The weekends almost here and I don't even feel like it is! What is wrong with me.
On another note...It's May 1st. Happy May to all of you that DON'T live in Utah. When I went to bed this morning at 1am it was snowing! Not even little flakes that don't stick. Full on HUGE snowflake that I almost thought was blossom leaves, but they weren't I double checked. And when it all stopped, my lovely green grass outside had a nice (well not so NICE) white layer on it. It's all melted now, but what a GREAT way to start MAY! At the rate we are going it will still be snowing in July.
