Cycling Kills

I went to our Intro to Cycling class last night. Nicki and I decided to start doing them since we got our gym membership. So last night was the 40 minute intro class. I've never really exercised on a bike and it pretty much killed my butt and legs.

Today I'm not as sore, just my butt. Those seats are so hard! BUT I'm excited to go to the real one tomorrow morning! YAY

jaja I still don't know how I got out of the being sore realm. . especially the saddle soreness. . hmmmm . not that i'm complaining

LOL-Been there done that! Bought the tee-shirt. Keep going! Go at least 3 times a week, only use the gel seat for the first few times, and then get rid of it. The quicker you can your own butt in shape the better you will do in your class. I promise! Spinning is the hardest workout EVER! But you will love it! Hang in there-The first week or so, dont add too much resistance, focus only on getting your rear comfy, and through that workout-then focus on the gears! You can do it!
